Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
Employees at this level are responsible and accountable for their own work and the work of others. They are responsible for the operation of a unit/section under their supervision. Supervision is by means of reporting to more senior management as required. Employees must be able to meet deadlines and are required to exercise initiative, discretion and judgement within the range of their skills and knowledge.
Main accountabilities include:
GENERAL DUTIES
- Communicate with airline reps and attend regular airline meetings.
- Ensure that productivity and performance criteria are met.
- Understanding of security procedure, quarantine ,hygiene , dangerous and perishable goods requirements as necessary in the performance of the job:
- Check serviceability of ULD before loading.
- Check graveyard and report and fixed any problems that arise.
- Work down as directed.
