POSITION DESCRIPTION
The position will be based at the Budapest Campus. The individual will report to the Campus Director of the Budapest Campus and the Deputy Director of International Recruitment and Admissions.
Technical Skills ️
- Strong commercial and communication skills with proven convictions.
- Competence in digital tools and Microsoft CRM.
- Languages: Fluent in English and a minimum of intermediate Hungarian (French is a plus).
- Organized and methodical.

Responsibilities:
- Develop international recruitment strategies, including digital initiatives.
- Participate in organizing international recruitment events (both physical fairs and digital operations).
- Shape our online recruitment strategy.
- ️ Manage leads (yes, telemarketing too!) to convert prospects into candidates.
- ️ Host webinars and engage with potential students.
- Monitor recruitment stats and optimize budgets.
- Collaborate with the Campus Director and Communication Department on recruitment campaigns.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, from prospecting to student registration
