You should have experience in achieving targets, developing marketing and recruitment plans, and possess strong negotiation skills. Your ability to build relationships, both internally and externally, will be paramount, along with your capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an International Recruitment Manager to join the International Recruitment team in Auckland or Wellington. The role will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and developing new business contacts that align with the objectives of our strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual recruitment plan.
- Support recruitment target setting incorporating insight and market intelligence, in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Achieve regional recruitment targets.
- Represent the University at a large range of key events.
- Develop and maintain strategic recruitment partnerships.
- Increase the level of engagement with existing and new agents for further growth.
- Raise the University’s profile by continuous engagement with a wide range of external stakeholders.
