Responsibilities:
Are you a born relationship builder with a fire for healthcare innovation? We are recruiting multiple Sales Managers to build the international dream team, with a primary focus on the US and Western markets.
In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Forge strong connections with key players like hospitals, clinics, and distributors, driving repeat business and building long-term partnerships.
- Be the voice of company brand in your territory, providing valuable market insights and executing strategic sales plans.
- Become a trusted advisor to your customers, exceeding sales targets through value-driven selling.
- Stay ahead of the curve on product knowledge and competitor trends.
- Lead and inspire your sales team, ensuring everyone hits their KPIs and celebrates success together.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a rockstar network in the IVD, medical device and pharmaceutical space.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with 50% travel (accommodation provided during US stays!).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary given the role is required to communicate with Mandarin speaking team and clients
- Has a go-getter attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
