REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree in a related discipline, supplemented by at least five years of experience in the educational sector.
  • Proficiency with the Singapore education syllabus and a track record of maintaining educational excellence.
  • Demonstrated leadership prowess with a talent for inspiring and guiding a diverse team of education professionals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Leadership : Strategically plan, design, develop, review, deliver, and monitor Stalford Academy’s curriculum to promote excellence and innovation in education.
  • Teacher Management : Manage the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of academic staff, fostering a professional environment that encourages high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Academic Administration : Engage proactively in academic administration, ensuring the efficient operation of the Academic Department and the effectiveness of educational strategies.
  • Licensing & Accreditation : Oversee licensing and accreditation processes, upholding high standards and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and international benchmarks.
  • Resource Management : Direct the management of academic resources, guaranteeing their strategic utilization to support the school’s educational objectives.
  • Student Academic Management : Act as the main authority on student academic management, including their selection, progress, and development, to provide a supportive and responsive learning environment.
  • Staff Supervision : Supervise and mentor academic staff, guiding innovative teaching methodologies and the creation of educational materials to elevate student learning experiences.
