WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will bring your Degree in Finance, Business or Economics, demonstrating a strong educational background in relevant fields.
You have strong interpersonal, team-working, and leadership skills. You demonstrate the ability to deliver while respecting deadlines. With proactive communication abilities, you will effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and across departments.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary for handling data and generating reports. You have a problem-solving approach and able to work with numbers confidently.
You possess a high level of financial, accounting, and controlling knowledge, as well as a solid understanding of commercial economics.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we’re searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our Finance department for a 6-month internship starting in September. You will support the Toys Business Controller in the process of Surprise Cost planning during Forecast/Guidelines processes and in all the analysis and controlling activities related to the Surprise Business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support the management of volumes and toy costs for the industrial evaluation of the Campaign 25/26 and the forecast for Campaign 24/25. You will participate in the Group Guidelines process to define surprise cost trend expectations at the brand level.
You will maintain the financial database, providing detailed analysis and reporting of surprise costs for presentations addressed to key stakeholders such as Area Marketing, Central Marketing, and Operations. Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation of periodical reports on sales, full P&L, and category performances.
Your role will involve collaboration with various departments including Global Category Management, Area Marketing Management, Operations, Group Planning and Controlling, and Area Controlling.
