To strengthen our growing client base of public/private-held companies and financial investors, NETWORK’s Frankfurt office is looking for strong M&A Debt Advisory Interns to support our team and gain experience in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
Aufgaben

You can expect to

  • Support the execution of financing projects in a national and international context within various industries.
  • Be engaged in the structuring of acquisition/growth financing, refinancing, and restructuring.
  • Analyse corporate strategy and debt structures followed by the preparation of transaction-related documents and direct client contact.
  • Support in the preparation of operating/financial models, company valuations and meaningful debt-presentations.
  • Work independently and actively support the execution of ongoing financing projects, customer acquisition as well as CRM maintenance.

Qualifikation

Your profile

  • At least four semesters in business administration, financing, economics, and industrial engineering with excellent grades.
  • Preferably first experience gained from previous internships, ideally Corporate Finance/M&A, Banking, Consulting or Audit.
  • Quick grasp of the analysis of complex issues and ability to work independently within a team.
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Native German speaker and fluency in English required.
