Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our company as a Founders Associate Business Development.
As a Founders Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our founders and get significant hands-on experience on how to lead a company.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the founders’ vision and executing strategic initiatives that fuel their business growth.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and has a passion for entrepreneurship and business growth.
Please note: Fluency in German and English is a must for this position!

Tasks

  • Spend time with our founder, gaining valuable insights and experience
  • Create marketing & sales strategies and initiatives together with the founder to drive growth of the company
  • Take part in business development meetings with executives from other companies - both remote and in person
  • Dive into a client’s status quo, deeply understanding their needs and develop matching new business proposals
  • Take the lead operationally for a wide range of initiatives (e.g. content marketing, event planning, travels, case studies, etc.)
  • Develop your own business development projects and be guided by our founder

Requirements

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a top-tier university
  • Prior work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments
  • Proactive with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on attitude, comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
  • Business fluent in both German and English languages
