The HR Organizational Development & Digitalization Intern will learn what it means to work within this function in a multinational organization, interfacing daily with all the other HR Corporate function (People Development, Reputation, Compensation) and Local HR around the world. She/he will support the team to:

  • make in motion and support the team in strategic projects:

    o Gen AI change management program
    o Sizing and workforce planning,

    o Global flexibility

  • update and review the proper Organizational Documents, from the Org. Chart to Policies and Manuals, and support the Manager in producing and posting Organizational Announcements

  • manage the internal communication and produce and post News, Newspaper and Podcast
  • support in an operative way the ongoing the digitalization projects (New Portal, Business Cards) and foster the new ones, testing the change requests provided
  • monitor the HC&CoL

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Management, possibly with HR focus.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and Power Point mandatory)
  • Strong analytical /data interpretation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications, also in English
  • Initiative, energy, proactivity, “agility” and teamworking
