Responsibilities:
- You will independently coordinate the entire recruiting process (appointments, invitations, rejections, etc.)
- The administration of the applicant tool is part of your daily tasks
- You will attend job interviews for interns / theses after the initial training
- You will independently administrate the area of interns / theses (e.g., drawing up contracts, works council hearings, onboarding and offboarding processes)
- Act as the first contact person (f/m/d) and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our processes
- You will organize the Freudenberg-wide regular student meeting
- As part of the local HR department, you will gain a comprehensive insight into operational HR work and current projects
Qualifications:
- You are studying economics or comparable (ideally with a focus on Human Resources)
- You are characterised by an independent, committed and reliable way of working
- Good comprehension, communication skills and trustworthiness are among your strengths
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English written and spoken
- The internship is a compulsory part of your studies and lasts at least 5 months according to the study regulations
