Description:
PROFILE:
- Previous administrative experience - experience in Human Resources is a plus
- Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures is a plus
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant IT skills
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Human Capital team and working alongside the Human Capital Officer in London, responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to all UK, US and Asia HC processes and procedures;
- Ensuring employee personal files are in order and kept up to date;
- Assisting with recruitment processes, drafting job descriptions, screening CVs and setting up interviews;
- Providing support with payroll;
- Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Monitoring probation periods, annual leave and sick leave;
- Support in conducting background checks on new employees and keeping completed checks filed;
- Monitoring Human Capital operating costs in US and UK;
- Supporting on other adhoc projects which the team are working on.
