KEY REQUIREMENTS
- You are currently preparing for a Master’s degree (1st or 2nd year) or equivalent, with an interest in Human Resources
- You are looking for a 12 to 24 months internship which is covered by a university agreement
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English

Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
Our HR department in Luxembourg is currently looking for an Intern for a 12 to 24 months internship (m/f/x) starting from July 2024.
ROLE PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support our HR team in various tasks within employee life cycle – from recruitment, on-boarding, learning & development etc.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing welcome packages and conducting welcome presentation and building tour
- Create our monthly internal HR Newsletter, using various tools such as Canva, Vuture
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate database
- Assist to organise and coordinate internal and external HR events such as our Recruitment Roadshow
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities
- Organise and participate in campus events
- Project management: you will take ownership and actively involve yourself in HR project
- You will work in a truly diverse and international environment
- You will be responsible for different projects and be able to work in the different field of the HR function
- You will be considered as a real asset and highly trained
