About us
Responsibilities:
- Follow the M&A news in the region and work on targets’ profiles (creation and update).
- Support the M&A team for the monthly M&A meetings presentations to the Regions.
- Assist the M&A team in the execution of M&A transactions on some specific tasks (financial model, valuation, support on presentations, etc.)
