Job Description:
Assist current Production coordinators in the following:
- Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, including shooting dates, location bookings, and talent availability. Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the production stays on schedule
- Post-Production Coordination: Facilitate the transition from production to post-production
- Logistics and Planning: Plan and organize all logistical aspects of the production, including coordinating with PLEs to secure shooting locations, arranging transportation, crew booking etc
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive producer and various production departments, ensuring that information flows smoothly and deadlines are met
- Digital Archiving & Categorization: Uploading Chinese Drama’s contracts into the central depository system and inputting basic information into the system. Maintain digital archives for easy access and retrieval. Categorize and classify documents based on different categories.
Requirements:
- Able to read and write in chinese
- Responsible and highly organized
- Candidate must be currently enrolled at a local educational institution.
The internship is recognized as part of the school’s official curriculum.
Successful applicants must commit to at least a 3-month internship during the period from June 2024 - December 2024
