Our Property Management team in Copenhagen is looking for committed interns with an interest in commercial real estate. You will support the Business Development team on multiple aspects of commercial real estate including lease administration, data management and client relations. The ideal candidate should be in their third or fourth year of the M.Sc. program in Engineering, Surveying and Land Management. We imagine that you have gained some experience either from a student job or an internship within the Real Estate and/or Engineering sector.

Responsibilities:
As an intern you will support the Property Management team by solving prioritized tasks, participating and delivering responsibility in ongoing projects as well as collaborating with the different sub-departments. The role entails ensuring efficient daily operations while enhancing the quality and efficiency of services delivered to both clients and tenants. The internship is usually around 8 weeks of full-time work and presents an unparalleled learning opportunity within the commercial real estate sector. You will gain experience in a range of different fields and gain exposure to the different business fields within CBRE.
