Your Role

  • Perform, evaluate and present experiments related to spectroscopy and optical sensing
  • Evaluate the achievable specifications in using analytical methods
  • Derive critical system parameters based on system understanding and results
  • Screening and evaluation of related literature
  • Screening of commercially available solutions

Your Profile

  • You are enrolled in a Master’s program in Physics, Photonics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable with excellent results (please include transcripts with application)
  • Knowledge in the field of lasers, spectroscopic or other optical measurement systems is a plus
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, communication (English and/or German) and innovation skills
  • Passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies as well as motivation to work in agile, interdisciplinary teams
