COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Global Student & Field Marketing Intern for Programs is responsible for bringing valuable insights and personal experiences to enhance the efficiencies of the systems, tools, and processes to make them more appealing to the ages 18-24. You will have a chance to gain a perspective of 81 different countries and support them to create impactful plans that align with the global strategy to help us grow our user base. You will also have a chance to support markets in delivering their plans with execution excellence. The role will touch on different areas of the marketing mix to broaden your mindset and provide you with a variety of knowledge and case studies to be able to resolve a variety of business needs. Join us in July 2024 for a period of 6 months.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor and / or Master studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Sports Education or equal practical experience.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Great understanding and use of RBU.
Excellent MS Office-Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point & Google Documents).
High attention to detail, structured, and top communication skills.
Quick learner, self-motivated and a proactive worker.
Always finding solutions to problems and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Very high commitment with an energetic personality and a true team player.
