Internship - Technical Buyer Assistant (m/f/d)

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

• Supports and reports to Technical Buyer on the assigned tasks;
• Responsible for placing purchase orders and expediting components/products based on the quotations from sources as indicated by Technical Buyer;
• Reporting issues timely to their responsible Technical Buyer;
• Supports procurement of samples (A,B,C,D)
• Supports in RFQ’s, TCO’s. Bonaparte PO creation, on request from Technical Buyer under supervision of group leader;
• Keep track of time-lines for the activities under responsibility;
• Escalate any issue (time-line or content) to Technical Buyer;
• Ensure creation of contracts in SAP by Strategic Purchasing.
