Job Description
The main task of Platform Portfolio Management (PPM) is the implementation and active steering of new technologies in worldwide tire production plants. We consider business impact related to product performance, tire component complexity and material costs to steer the technology portfolio and implement it according to optimum business scenarios.
In this exciting environment, we are offering an internship with an immediate starting date. For the best possible learning experience, the internship should last up to 6 months. The focus of this internship is to support with project work and experience working within interdisciplinary project teams and high complexity interface management environments.

Your main tasks in this position are:

• Correlating information between multiple databases in Tableau and PowerBI
• Utilizing AI learning to detect patterns and trends for improved tire design
• Generate documentation in preparation for decision meetings
• Project work in an international environment with intensive use of MS Office programs and Tableau

QUALIFICATIONS

• Students (m/f/diverse) in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics / IT, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience in Tableau and/or PowerBI required
• Experience in Python (or similar coding languages) beneficial
• Confident handling of MS-Office programs
• Fluent command of written and spoken English, German optional
• Mindset to improve efficiency of processes
• Ability to correlate multiple complex topics together
• Ability to comprehend technical topics and express them to colleagues outside the field of expertise
