Description:
INTERVIEW COORDINATOR – 11-MONTH CONTRACT – HYBRID IN DUBLIN 7 – UP TO €45,600 PER YEAR PRO RATA
My client are on a mission to transform enterprise applications, at the moment seeking a dedicated Interview Coordinator to join their Dublin team. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment activities globally, working alongside recruiters and hiring managers, fostering excellent candidate experience through efficient and accurate interview process scheduling and coordination.
You will be the first point of contact for potential new employees, recruiters and hiring managers ensuring the interview process experience is a delightful one for all involved.
SOUNDS EXCELLENT, WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED TO BE ELIGIBLE?
- 1+ years’ experience in human resources or related administrative function
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, experience in a large multinational company environment a plus.
- A positive, pro-active and good customer service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow through on issues.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate professionally via email and phone
- Outlook, Excel knowledge, recruiting or human resources system experience a plus

Responsibilities:
- Organise, schedule and coordinate interviews, phone screenings, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
- Facilitate all onsite interviews, including greets, breaks, lunches and escorts.
- Act as the main point of contact on the interview process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, respond to questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain recruiting and human resources data in the HRIS system, handle confidential candidate information with discretion
