Description:
We continue to grow and we are looking to add an Inventory analyst to our Corporate team in Fort Worth, TX! An inventory analyst is responsible for managing levels within the company. This position is responsible for analyzing inventory data, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with management and facilities concerning inventory management optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using inventory management software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring stock levels: Regularly reviewing corporate inventory levels to ensure counts are accurate for booking keeping purposes.
- Conducting inventory audits: Performing regular audits to verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory control.
- Utilizing inventory management systems: Utilizing inventory management software and tools to track and manage inventory levels, generate reports, and analyze data.
- Corporate Stock Receiver: Receiving and accounting for shipment of Corporate delivered inventory, matching purchase orders to shipping reports and generating receiving reports for Accounts Payable 3-way match.
- Working with the technology department to establish inventory tagging system for company assets.
- Facility inventory management: conducting site visits to newly acquired facilities to obtain baseline inventory and perform annual site audits to tie into fix asset reporting.
- Working with plant operations and various other departments to establish facility capital budgets.
