Job description

The individual in this role will need to efficiently and effectively manage stock take, expiry date management, returns to supplier, empty bin management, manage forecast replenishments, manage demand replenishment of store orders, and complete daily counts.

The metrics used in this role will include:

• Demand replenishment productivity

Number of cases replenished per hour

• Strike rate to Stores

What the Store ordered against what was delivered

• Empty bin Accuracy

Percentage of errors identified

• Audit expiry dates

What you’ll do

This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

• Manage stock take
• Returns to Supplier
• Expiry Date management such as daily audits on Inventory dates and movement of short dated stock to designated area
• Empty Bin management which will include daily empty bin checks and reporting variances
• Manage Forecast Replenishments such as maintain pick unit maintenance to achieve target strike rate and managing of system routes to achieve target strike rate
• Manage Demand Replenishment of Store orders, which will include identifying & investigating stock not in system locations as per demand replenishment
• Daily Counts which will include performing stock validations via scanner as well as identifying & investigating variances
