The Inventory Coordinator will follow procedures to ensure that inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands. The Inventory Coordinator will coordinate and assist various departments with inventory movement and accuracy.

Job Description

• Must have a Forklift Certification and be able to drive a Forklift.
• Create and Print out cycle counts for Production Counts based on the production tracker, required weekly counts, and end-of-month counts.
• Review and reconcile all raw material or finished goods for the beverage department to identify the root cause for all errors.
• Process reports in Oracle for EDI issues, and investigate and correct all issues.
• Process sales orders and transfer orders.
• Work closely with customer service to process returns.
• Conduct audits of all products both finished and raw materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Oracle R12 and EDI (electronic data interface) structures
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be flexible on daily work schedule
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00
