EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
• Prior experience in inventory management or parts management
• Proficiency in GP
• Strong mathematical skills
• Adaptability to shifting priorities
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer.
• Flexibility to move and handle inventory items.
• Adherence to safety protocols during inventory handling and movement.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures for goods and services processing.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide consistent feedback on inventory issues to supervisors or management.
• Coordinate and execute cycle counts, communicate any discrepancies to management, and make necessary inventory adjustments.
• Support inventory management efforts to enhance accuracy.
• Assist in inventory movement and manage incoming/outgoing shipments to suppliers.
• Cross-train within the Supply Chain department to serve as backup for various functions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products.
• Contribute to departmental goals by achieving related results as required.
• Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supply Chain Manager.
