As the Inventory Manager, you be a key member of the Store Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Owner. You will spearhead critical functions such as inwards goods processes, inventory optimization, and stock availability enhancements. You will be at the forefront of our operations, leading a dedicated team to ensure the seamless management of our inventory while upholding the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy. This multifaceted role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to driving continuous improvement across all aspects of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the inventory management team.
• Use data analysis to uncover buying and range movement opportunities.
• Lead indent ordering and import purchasing, giving thought to future trends.
• Champion the accuracy and integrity of inventory records through meticulous analysis and proactive problem-solving.
• Optimise replenishment and indent purchasing processes for maximum efficiency.
