REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
- Data analytics ability (e.g. Tableau)
- Proficiency with ERP business software
- Ambitious and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and effective strategies
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities:
- Strictly manage and maintain end to end inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Determine optimal stock levels and reorder points for efficient supply chain management
- Effectively implement inventory control procedures to reduce errors and enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Compete in regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies
- Actively seek out ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any inventory-related issues
