REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
• Data analytics ability (e.g. Tableau)
• Proficiency with ERP business software
• Ambitious and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and effective strategies
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Strictly manage and maintain end to end inventory levels to meet customer demands
• Determine optimal stock levels and reorder points for efficient supply chain management
• Effectively implement inventory control procedures to reduce errors and enhance accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Compete in regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies
• Actively seek out ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency
• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any inventory-related issues
