Description:

EXPERIENCE WITH BUILDING MATERIAL IS REQUIRED.

Seeking a detail oriented and highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of inventory records of products received and outgoing material.
  • Conducts cycle counts.
  • Identifying discrepancies preparing balance and shortage reports.
  • Participate with physical inventories.
  • Performs other related duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful inventory specialists should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a firm grasp of basic computer programs, and an ability to work both independently and in a team. Ideal candidates will have previous inventory experience.

  • Building material experience a must.
  • Travel to the Neighbor islands as needed.
  • At least 3 years of inventory experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with computers
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work on weekends as needed for physical inventories.
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially in multitasking
  • Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
  • Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
