THE OPPORTUNITY:

HPS Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician / Merchandiser to support the ordering and restocking of medications and consumables for hospital clients in WA. This is a hybrid role with a flexible work environment, available as either full-time or part-time.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Current Driver’s license and car
  • Effective communication and client engagement skills
  • Inventory Management skills
  • A can-do attitude and team focus with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping
  • Proven ability to problem solve independently and proactively
  • Proven ability to work within a team and independently based on the task or occasion

Desirable

  • Knowledge of pharmacy and or hospital pharmacy
  • Knowledge of medical consumables
  • Previous experience with IPharmacy inventory management functions

Responsibilities:

  • Order and restock medications and consumables for hospitals in Metro Perth
  • Visit hospitals in Metro Perth and one hospital in Bunbury
  • Travel expenses to be reimbursed by HPS
  • Place weekly orders for clients
  • Merchandise Imprest shelves.
  • Put away orders and support clients inventory needs
  • Proactively communicate and respond to HPS Pharmacies sites regarding inventory queries and issues
  • Understanding, applying and improving end-to-end purchasing and inventory systems and processes
  • Reviewing and maintaining stock levels across all HPS Pharmacies sites
  • Proactively support HPS and the Approved Pharmacy Network (APN) towards achieving set brand compliance targets in an effective and sustainable manner
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and information to the Corporate team and HPS Pharmacies sites
  • Focus on achieving the aims and goals of the CIMS team in a collaborative, sustainable and efficient manner
