Description:

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Receive and log all goods received per ITG-B-020
  • Check that what was ordered, was received. Handle any discrepancies.
  • Stamp “received” on Packing List or other document to notify Accounts Payable of received goods.
  • Notify owners of receipt and identify GMP goods that require Receiving Inspectiono For goods requiring testing to release, follow SOP ITG-Q-086.o Notify appropriate analyst and queue up testing or requisition and process for outside testing service when required.o Obtain a copy of manufacturer’s COA.o Tag and place items that cannot be immediately processed through to Inventory into Quarantine.o Obtain Quality approval to release goods whose testing and other receiving requirements are complete.o Tag and place approved goods into Inventory.
  • Place into inventory goods that don’t require release testing per ITG-Q-086.
  • Process radioactive goods received per ITG-B-005
  • Process customer samples received per ITG-B-005.
  • Log inventory into inventory control system as appropriate.
  • Gather and stage goods required for pending production per the product’s Bill of Materials and the Project Manager.
  • Manage inventory utilizing physical inventory or inventory software as appropriate. Keep inventory neat, organized and arranged by expiration date. Pull inventory for use in FEFO order (First to Expire, First Out).
  • Maintain list of vendors and ordering information for goods to be kept in stock. Maintain minimum quantities.
  • Notify Purchase Agent of goods to be ordered from approved vendors per ITG-B-015.
  • Maintain current inventory of finished or interim products in storage at ambient, refrigerated, or frozen temperatures.
  • Maintain inventory of products in queue for stability testing and scheduling the testing when due.
  • Help maintain inventory of on-site radioactivity by isotope represented by stored product.
  • Conduct or assist with supplier audits as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required, Associates or Batchelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Management or equivalent preferred.
  • Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required, meaning the ability to work without conflict with persons with different personalities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and not easily flustered with frequent interruptions.
  • Unyielding observance of laboratory safety requirements but comfortable working around radioactive isotopes while observing all the relevant safety precautions.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Skill-set to help select and implement inventory control software preferred.
