QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support/administrative support is required
  • Must be detailed-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
  • Compare, decide, direct, problem solve, analyze, instruct, interpret, offer a collaborative approach in a team environment

Responsibilities:

This position supports the Production Department in conducting public record research; including criminal history searches, civil records, motor vehicle records, government databases, SSN verificaitons, verification services, ordering drug testing, data entry, record keeping, and any other administrative support needed. You will follow processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from the Supervisor on the required productivity and quality of work. You will report to the Director of Production. Position is currently hybrid remote. In office attendance is required on Mondays and Wednesdays.

  • Process online and database searches.
  • Input data of research results, including results from vendors and courts.
  • Verify data is correct and inclusive when inputting into the system and maintain quality expectations.
  • Contact appropriate resources, such as courts, law enforcement agencies, and vendors when necessary to complete accurate research results.
  • Ensure all research results are compliant with FCRA and state rules and regulations, as well client guidelines.
  • Maintain search turnaround goals, including monitoring late lists with vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
