• Producing high quality investigation reports and ensuring to maximise claims savings and prosecution from fraud prevention activities.
• Conducting virtual interviews and communicating/liaising with the public, police and suppliers
• Investigations of suspicious insurance claims
• Meeting service level agreements in relation to customer service and productivity
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and investigation guidelines
