Description:
MISSION:
- Review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities, to be discussed at team level;
- Proactively support the team in the due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, by leading the preparation of financial model, credit memo and experts calls;
- Able to take part to the negotiation and execution of the legal documentation by supporting senior team members;
- Monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams and prepare updates for internal purposes and reporting to investors; and
- Lead on the regular communication and engagement with investors on dedicated funds and investment vehicles.
