Our client, is a leading funds management group who specialises in the management of fixed income products. Due to the group’s continued expansion an opportunity has become available for an investment analyst to join their team.
The Analyst plays a key role in the investment team through managing and monitoring the portfolios, including managing daily tasks, issuer coverage responsibilities and preparation of research.

Responsibilities:
- Daily portfolio monitoring & compliance activities;
- Managing the settlement of trades, including communicating and dealing with brokers;
- Preparation of client reports & portfolio analysis;
- Assisting the portfolio managers in the preparation of credit notes and contributing to portfolio investment decisions;
- Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of risk management models;
- Non-investment related tasks including fund administration, compliance and ad-hoc projects
- Managing daily portfolio cash flows to ensure adherence with portfolio guidelines
- Preparation of credit notes for the Investment Committee
- Ongoing research & monitoring responsibilities for portfolio holdings, including reporting to internal committees
- Research responsibilities across some of the Alexander Funds market segments, including DCM, Structured and Private markets
