We are specifically looking for a bright minds, who enjoy working with data, have strong analytical skills, very good knowledge of Excel and are detail oriented, BUT who want something more than just another “number crunching” role.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing new land/ project acquisitions and preparation of initial investment analyses on the czech market
- Financial due dilligence of those investment opportunities, cashflow modelling and financial reporting alongside the acquisition
- Participation in property valuations
- Research of available economic and real estate market data monitoring
- Participation on property acquisitions on the group level (mainly CEE market)
Ideal candidate will hold university degree in economics or finance. Previous experience in a real estate or with some real estate business cases for example alongside BIG 4 is highly preffered. Our client is interested in semi-skilled candidates with 2-4 years of experience, who are passionate about real estate segment.
Good knowledge of English is a must have as well as analytical thinking together with an attention to a detail. You should be able to use Excel on very good level and have basic financial modelling skills.
