• Assessing new land/ project acquisitions and preparation of initial investment analyses on the czech market
• Financial due dilligence of those investment opportunities, cashflow modelling and financial reporting alongside the acquisition
• Participation in property valuations
• Research of available economic and real estate market data monitoring
• Participation on property acquisitions on the group level (mainly CEE market)
  Ideal candidate will hold university degree in economics or finance. Previous experience in a real estate or with some real estate business cases for example alongside BIG 4 is highly preffered. Our client is interested in semi-skilled candidates with 2-4 years of experience, who are passionate about real estate segment.
  Good knowledge of English is a must have as well as analytical thinking together with an attention to a detail. You should be able to use Excel on very good level and have basic financial modelling skills.
