ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to hire Analysts (m/f/d) who will join a new VC initiative focused on Mobility & Connectivity in Berlin. They would be key members of the team focused on the execution of new investment opportunities as well as the development of portfolio companies for the newly established Incharge Fund.
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established mobility & connectivity fund at inception stage and help shape it at this early stage. You will be joining an international and entrepreneurial team, hungry to build its track record.

The team has made over 30 investments in Europe, Israel and the US, with notable investments including Aircall, Arctic Wolf Networks, Auth0 (acquired by OKTA), Guardicore (acquired by Akamai), Fastly (NYSE: FSLY), Pipedrive (acquired by Vista Private Equity), LeanIX and Signavio (both acquired by SAP SE).

Responsibilities:

  • take-on multiple responsibilities to develop the fund further
  • Dealflow creation: Identify, get access to, and build relationships with European start-ups in the Mobility & Connectivity sector
  • Company Analysis & Pitching: Pitch potential opportunities to the team on a daily basis
  • Investment Thesis Building: Contribute to DTCP’s investment theses by diving into specific Mobility & Connectivity verticals and developing cutting-edge investment strategies
  • Financial Modelling: Perform financial analysis using our internal proprietary FlightPath modelling tool
  • Due Diligence: Participate in Due Diligences on live transactions (incl. market research, competition analysis, reference calls, valuation rationalization etc.)
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Ensure that the European pipeline is always up to date, and take minutes of meetings with inspirational founders and investors
  • proactively source new deal opportunities and engage in all aspects of the investments process
  • Contribute to shaping team processes, culture and identity
