Our client, a leading private credit firm, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment that values integrity, entrepreneurship and empowerment. The successful candidate will be integral in assisting deal teams on new investment analysis and the executive team in market strategy development. This includes preparation of detailed financial models, market data collection and analysis, report preparation and assisting in deal execution.

Responsibilities:

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our client’s real estate credit platform. You will be responsible for analysing a diverse range of real estate lending opportunities, preparing detailed financial models and conducting market research. Your ability to draft term sheets, prepare investment committee papers and engage with external legal advisors will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of legal documentation, consultant due diligence reports and drawdowns, risk management and treasury management.
Analyse a diverse range of real estate lending opportunities, including Project and Fund modelling, market analysis and preparation of Information Memoranda
Prepare project cashflows/models using Microsoft Excel
Draft Term Sheets and prepare Investment Committee papers
Conduct market research, data analytics and trends reporting
Prepare Investor presentation materials
Engage with external legal advisors and prepare Conditions Precedent checklists
Assist with the preparation of legal documentation, consultant due diligence reports and drawdowns, risk management and treasury management
