Working as part of the Freight branch within our Regional and Outer Metropolitan Division, this position will see you contribute to financial and transport data analysis, and assist in providing freight investment,
business case and economic advice to project and investment teams to improve end-to-end freight outcomes for our customers and community. Key projects you’ll be involved in include the development of our next Freight Transport Plan and influencing Freight policy reform.

You will also be involved in researching, collating, analysing, reviewing and preparing evidence based reporting to support the development of:

• Long-term state-wide transport strategy, frameworks and guidance
• Transport strategies, plans, studies and business cases
• Economic appraisals, funding submissions and benefit realisation reviews/evaluations.

This is a temporary, full time position up to August 2025. We offer hybrid working in this role, which can be located anywhere in NSW.
