QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable school with 1 – 4 years of working experience in an investment banking, corporate finance, or investment role.
- Highly proficient in excel modeling and solid understanding of private debt market. Strong competence in credit analysis and risk assessment.
- High energy, fast learner, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and detailed-oriented with an ability to prioritize competing deadlines well.
- Proficiency in another Southeast Asian language will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- CFA or other relevant certifications (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Credit Investment Associate with at least 1 year of relevant work experience and strong proficiency in financial modeling skills to join our team. As a Private Credit Investment Associate, you will play a key role in analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities in the private credit space.
You will work closely with senior members of the investment team to conduct due diligence, perform financial modeling, and present well-founded investment recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, independently develop and manage financial models for evaluating potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct fundamental research, due diligence, and analysis of potential investees, either individually or in collaboration with senior team members.
- Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness of investees, identify potential risks associated with each investment, and collaborate with senior team members to formulate investment views and deal proposal.
- Support senior team members in managing the complete lifecycle of live deal transactions, from deal origination, to execution, and through to monitoring.
- Create presentations for internal team briefings and memos for investment committee meetings.
- Tracking and monitoring of live deal pipeline, stay up to date with market trends and industry developments to guide strategic investment decisions.
- Oversee portfolio monitoring through continuous industry research, market analysis and checks, and regular interactions with management teams. Assist the PCF team in tabulating and managing portfolio reporting for valuation and LP reporting.
