TGRC is seeking an enthusiastic Investment Associate to join our team in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid).

• Research and Due Diligence: Dive deep into potential investment opportunities within solar, wind, hydropower, and biomass projects.
• Financial Modelling: Craft comprehensive financial models and conduct valuation assessments to aid in decision-making processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to evaluate project feasibility, analyze market dynamics, and develop investment strategies.
• Transaction Structuring: Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals, from drafting term sheets to coordinating due diligence processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee existing renewable energy investments, track performance, identify growth avenues, and manage risks effectively.
• Presentation Support: Aid senior team members in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
