JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will work alongside the existing team in Singapore and has the opportunity to collaborate across different business units in China (including Hong Kong). The job duties associated with this role include but will not be limited to:

• Execution of private fundraising, IPO and follow-on offering in Singapore/Hong Kong/US stock exchanges
• Develop and manage working level client relationships in Southeast Asia
• Produce analysis on key capital market and M&A trends in Southeast Asia and identify potential business/deal opportunities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin speaker highly preferred
• Solid understanding of capital markets, with experiences in M&A and IPO or ECM transactions in Singapore/Hong Kong/US stock exchanges
• Passion for business development and aptitude for sourcing new business
• Bachelor’s degree or above from universities
• 1 years or more investment banking experience or corporate background in TMT/Tech sector
