The Opportunity
As an Investment Management Analyst at Dexus, you will support the Investment Management team in driving the investment performance, setting the investment strategy, and capital allocation of the c$16bn Dexus Investment Portfolio. The Investment Management Analyst role offers a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to work with senior leaders in a major real assets company on decisions that directly impact Dexus’ capital allocation and investment portfolio performance.

You will make an impact by

  • Assisting in setting the capital allocation and investment strategy for the Dexus balance sheet investment portfolio as part of the annual Investment Plan process delivered to the Board
  • Reviewing and analysing recommendations from Asset Management, Transactions, Development functions and Fund teams to support the DXS Investment Manager in delivering results Developing an understanding of the Dexus Investment Portfolio and it’s key priorities, drivers, risks and opportunities
  • Contributing to the enhancement of capital allocation and decision-making frameworks and processes
  • Proactively working with funds, capital transactions, development and asset management teams to execute the Investment Plan, manage and drive portfolio performance.

About You

  • You will bring strong Excel, financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills plus a genuine interest in investments and a passion for learning.
  • Experience in quantitative statistics
  • 1-3 years of experience in funds/portfolio/risk management, investment banking, or adjacent roles.
