In this varied role, you will primarily act as a project manager for funding rounds. You are interested in growth companies and can identify attractive business models for investors. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client and investor relationships, actively promoting the Invesdor platform and acting as a liaison between investors and companies.
You will be responsible for the overall project management of funding rounds, including scheduling, client meetings and producing investor materials. You will have the opportunity to work closely with growth companies to ensure a successful funding round. You will be supported by colleagues from sales, marketing and legal. You will also collaborate across borders with European colleagues.
With us, your working week can include client meetings, analysing potential projects, preparing for new funding rounds, translating investor materials, attending networking events and business development work.

The placements can occur either as public offerings or as private placements. The group is active in core markets Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Finland using the European Crowdfunding Service Provider license

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Supporting clients in the planning and implementation of funding rounds in the role of project manager
• Preparing funding rounds and producing investor materials
• Networking and building relationships with growth companies

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• Excellent oral and written Finnish and English language skills. Other language skills would be an advantage
• The desire and skills to write investor material
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in growth companies and their financing needs
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude
• Training in the commercial sector
• Experience in growth companies, business development or finance and investment would be an advantage
