YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Key qualifications are 2-5 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, impact investing, consulting,

or other relevant experience. In addition, you:

  • hold a master’s degree with good academic results
  • have solid understanding of financial analysis and valuation
  • are an expert user of Microsoft Office and especially Excel, with an aptitude for financial modelling
  • are fluent in English both in writing and spoken
  • are curious to broaden your understanding of the world and keen to travel

Responsibilities:

As Investment Manager, you will:

  • become part of an engaged and experienced investment organisation with over 50 investment professionals

covering all types of investments.

  • primarily be a member of deal teams; analysing and executing new investment proposals, conducting due

diligence, carrying out financial modelling, taking part in negotiating terms and drafting legal documentation,
preparing, and following up on materials for the investment committee and board, etc.
The position is based in our headquarters in the beautiful center of Copenhagen, right next to Marmorkirken. IFU
offers a hybrid and flexible workplace.
