Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Investment Operations Analyst to join a global investment firm with more than USD 50 billion in assets under management, based in Singapore.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering the highest level of service to clients. The successful candidate will be part of the family office client team, assisting with driving client satisfaction by addressing client needs and goals with best-in-class solutions from a financial and lifestyle management perspective.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our HNW clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of trusts and other estate planning strategies and, in addition, will collaborate closely with internal teams on tasks such as new client onboarding, account transfers, cash balance management, and bill payment processing. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system.

  • Provide proactive support in delivering solutions for all aspects of client relationships, including lifestyle management, wealth strategy, and investments support
  • Assist with the timely communication and execution of legal and tax strategies
  • Adapt personal communication style to meet the needs and concerns of different audiences
  • Execute and achieve results on bespoke client requests
  • Develop basic working advisory knowledge of trusts and other estate planning strategies
  • Partner with internal teams to execute new client onboarding and account transfers
  • Manage cash balances daily and provide private banking support across all accounts
  • Collaborate with Client Treasury team members to process bill pay, investment funding, tax payments, and all cash disbursement requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and other firm systems at all times
  • Help new analysts understand how to efficiently use internal systems, follow processes, and stay organised

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience
  • Previous experience with HNW/UHNW Individuals a considerable advantage
  • Organised and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously
