Investment Operations Senior Officer

The Investment Office comprises a small team of investment professionals that manages the NTU’s multi-billion and multi-asset investment fund to meet its defined long term target rate of return.
This position will be the critical headcount responsible for overseeing and executing all the in‐ vestment strategies that have been approved by the Investment Committee. He/She will be member of the team undertaking the middle office supporting operations to ensure the smooth running of the fund and its governance.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and execute complex investment transactions
• Trade documentation and reconciliation
• Cash flow management
• Compliance
• Certain portfolio risk management functions
• Performance reporting
• Database management

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy ore related discipline
• Minimum 12 years of working experience with 5 – 8 years of experience in similar role
• Preferably similar experience with audit/financial accounting background
• Able to work independently
• Organised and meticulous
• Able to interact with external service providers and stakeholders in the front and back offices
