Provide support to production and implementation clients on specific business functions of system including PAM for Investments and other related products. Experience in investment operations or fund accounting system. To act as a liaison with clients, vendors and various departments staffs to determine needs and solutions.

EDUCATION & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with client support and training experience desired
  • In-depth knowledge of PAM or other Portfolio Management/Accounting software platforms
  • Experience in investment operations or investment accounting
  • Strong knowledge of computer concepts, tools and applications
  • Regional travel as required
  • Prior client servicing experience a plus
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience. This position is primarily responsible for providing client support, implementation management and other client services for institutional PAM Clients in the Asia/Pacific region.
  • Other duties include consulting, business analysis and presales activities

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

As Client Services Officer, you will

  • Responsible for daily client support on related systems, including PAM for Investments and other related products.
  • Provide support to production and implementation clients on specific business functions of the system.
  • Document client supported activities within Sales Force Community Portal.
  • Raise system issues through support process, documenting and working with global team members to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison with clients, vendors and internal teams to determine needs and solutions.
  • Act as a resource/consultant to clients, applications development, implementation, support, sales and other business units.
  • Serve as a training resource and assist in developing training programs.
