Description:

A sustainable investment management firm is seeking a dynamic and proactive an Investment Administration Associate to support the CIO and the Investment team based in Sydney CBD.
You will be working alongside a dynamic, high-performing and inspiring team focused on sustainable investment to help transform Australia’s industry and economy.
The business in a high growth phase, looking to double its headcount in the next 12-24 months.
The ideal candidate will have Team Assistant, EA and/or Administration experience across Private Equity, Fund Management, Investment Banking and Financial Services.
The firm has a flexible approach and offers 1-2 days work from home.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Team Assistant/EA
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Fund Management, PE and/or Banking is essential
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to make a different and keen interest in sustainable investments!

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the CIO with heavy diary management & ad hoc diary support to the Investment Team
  • Coordinating complex and intricate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with putting presentations, packs and documents together for meetings etc.
  • Expense management and invoicing.
  • Assisting with reporting and putting reports together.
  • Project and event management
