You will report directly to Tracey Fowler, SVP Group Finance and Head of Investor Relations and you will be based on our Head Office in Nordhavn.

- Strategic Visionary: Drive PMO initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of critical projects across the CFO area.
- Financial Maestro: Collaborate with top-tier financial professionals to craft strategies that propel our business forward.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic individual who excels in strategic thinking and possesses a natural talent for financial storytelling. This role demands someone who can effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and compelling communication of our financial narrative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in investor relations, showcasing their ability to build and maintain strong connections with investors, analysts, and other key players in the financial community.
Moreover, we are looking for someone who brings an innovative approach to the table, constantly seeking new and creative ways to present our financial strategies and performance. This combination of strategic insight, exceptional communication skills, and a forward-thinking mindset is crucial for driving our investor relations efforts to new heights.
What’s need to have:
- Education: Master’s in economics, finance or similar.
- Experience: Finance generalist with 3-5 years of experience within FP&A, Group Finance & Accounting, Investor Relations, or Consulting
- Toolbox: Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and experience with financial reporting and producing written financial materials & PPTs
What’s nice to have:
- Outgoing personality: Strong relationship builder internally and externally. The position is an individual contributor and will have to rely on several other functions to collaborate and contribute.
- Financial Expertise: Good understanding of valuation and financial modelling techniques used by investors and analysts. Sound understanding of capital markets and performance metrics for public companies.
- Outstanding presentation skills: Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand and explain key drivers for financial performance.

What happens with your application?
We will look at your application and contact you for a phone interview. Hereafter, if there is a mutual match, we will invite you to an interview with the hiring manager. The 2nd interview will be with a Talent Acquisition Partner together with Tracey Fowler where the focus is on a feedback session on a personality assessment and aptitude test. The 3rd and final round of interviews will be an interview with CFO, Reinhard Mayer.
