Description:
We are searching for an Investor Relations and Sustainability Analyst, a leading-edge business information and data reporting specialist to join our team in Winnipeg.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with monitoring Analyst Research Coverage, including reviewing research reports and updating analyst coverage reports as needed.
- Supporting the preparation of marketing materials, including collecting data, assisting with design, and revising content of presentations.
- Assisting with markup and review of various disclosure items and reports, such as Annual Information Form, Management’s Discussion and Analysis, and the Annual Report.
- Collecting and organizing market research reports on a quarterly basis.
- Supporting preparation for CEO/CFO marketing trips, including compiling lists of investors, gathering presentation information, and collecting feedback.
- Coordinating and preparing monthly Leasing Reports, including retrieval, preparation, review, and analysis of all portfolio data required.
- Retrieving, preparing, reviewing, and analyzing portfolio data for quarterly MD&A reporting.
- Updating Weekly Trading History Report summarizing weekly trading data, as well as Artis’ Price Performance Chart.
- Supporting aspects of GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) submission, including gathering and analysis of data and the submission process.
- Monitoring peer group activity, including reporting styles and disclosed information.
- Drafting quarterly quotes, scripts, and other communication items.
- Preparing quarterly Investor Presentations and AGM presentation.
- Supporting ongoing and special projects relating to Yardi and the entry of market and rent information as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
