Our client is a leading private equity firm looking to expand their investor relations function with the addition of a junior appointment.
An opportunity has arisen to join the investor relations function within this dynamic and highly regarded private equity firm. You will work alongside a senior IR professional and have the opportunity to become involved in a broad range of responsibilities.
Suitable candidates will have a degree from a top tier university combined with up to four years’ work experience some of which is likely to have been in investment banking or similar environment. We are interested in candidates who have already acquired some relevant experience either with a placement agent or in-house in a junior investor relations role.
The appointee will assist with a range of activities which includes servicing a global investor base. Specific responsibilities will include preparation of fund marketing materials including investor presentations, due diligence documents and case studies. It is anticipated that the candidate will play a key role in project managing future fundraising processes.
Excellent financial and analytical ability are key requirements for this role. You will be energetic, hardworking and a quick learner who enjoys being part of a small team in a demanding, non-hierarchical environment. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong project management ability, a client service orientation and exceptional attention to detail.
